Qatar Emir Holds Calls with Saudi, UAE Leaders on Regional Tensions

(MENAFN) Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani held separate phone calls on Saturday with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and UAE President Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, focusing on regional developments and ongoing diplomatic efforts to reduce tensions.

According to Qatar’s Amiri Diwan, Sheikh Tamim and the Saudi Crown Prince reviewed bilateral relations and discussed ways to strengthen cooperation, alongside broader regional and international issues.

Both sides also exchanged views on political initiatives aimed at promoting stability, emphasizing the need for comprehensive solutions that address underlying causes of regional crises and support long-term security.

In a separate conversation, Sheikh Tamim and the UAE president discussed bilateral ties and regional dynamics, with a focus on diplomatic efforts to ease tensions and advance peaceful political settlements, according to an Emirati news agency.
