Israel Says Iran Nuclear, Military Sites Rendered Inoperable

(MENAFN) The Israeli military announced Wednesday that it had concluded a series of premeditated strikes targeting Iran's military-industrial complex and nuclear-linked facilities, asserting that the overwhelming majority of pre-designated "vital and strategic" sites had been rendered inoperable.

A Hebrew-language newspaper reported that a senior Israeli Air Force official confirmed the completion of all planned offensive operations against Iran's military industries and nuclear-related infrastructure.

The unnamed official further asserted that the extent of destruction inflicted upon Iran's military and nuclear apparatus would set back Tehran's ability to reconstitute both its ballistic missile program and nuclear capabilities for a considerable period.

No independent verification of the Israeli military's claims was immediately available, and Iran had not issued an official response at the time of reporting.
